Stephan Bonk

Internationally experienced real estate developer and managing partner focused on complex development and construction projects in Germany and Central and Eastern Europe.

Stephan Bonk has been Managing Partner of SBRE GmbH since 2016. His earlier career included pib-invest GmbH, Soyuz Property Development in Moscow and Meinl European Land, later Atrium, where he served as Managing Director in Warsaw, Bucharest and Moscow from 2005 to 2011.

His expertise includes project development and delivery, smart grids, contract negotiation and management, and leadership of complex project and partner structures. He completed his real estate training with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Markus Gotthard Dold

Technology entrepreneur, investor and project developer with more than four decades of experience at the intersection of software, mobility, energy and infrastructure.

His entrepreneurial career began in 1982 with software he developed himself. The Starbase database product sold more than 2,000 copies across Germany. SOFA then delivered software for financial markets, printing, opticians, hospitality and other industries.

As founder of Othello Services, he developed early Windows-based hotel management and online booking solutions. Together with WorldRes, his team digitised and connected more than 3,000 hotels across Europe. From 2001 to 2017 he shaped M‑Exchange AG — initially from the technology side and ultimately as a member of the executive board. In parallel, he served as IT Director at PSG from 2004 to 2017. The sale of M‑Exchange AG closed that chapter.

Since 2017 Markus Dold has brought his ventures together under Ultimate Partners Group. Since 2018 his focus has included new mobility and infrastructure models: eTaxi in Ukraine and Vienna, and charging infrastructure in Corsica and Mallorca. Stationary battery storage has been central to his work since 2023.

Within the SBRE partnership, he leads energy and storage strategy, technology partners, financing preparation and infrastructure platforms across Europe and Ukraine.
