Football training in a simulation arena
The arena brings match situations into a controlled training environment. Sequences can be repeated, analysed and improved — regardless of weather or pitch schedules.
Projects / LTC SkillsLab Arena
Sports infrastructure
A football simulation arena at Legia Training Center — designed, built and commissioned by SBRE as a standalone design-and-build project.
Completed

The project
SkillsLab is a distinct sports and real-estate project. A dedicated hall on the training campus of Legia Warsaw’s professional and academy teams combines modern simulation technology with professional football training.

Legia Training Center
Legia Training Center brings together around nine football pitches, approximately 9,000 square metres of buildings, an academy, school and first-team operations on one campus. SkillsLab adds a technically advanced training arena and a protected space for repeatable match situations and targeted performance work.
The arena brings match situations into a controlled training environment. Sequences can be repeated, analysed and improved — regardless of weather or pitch schedules.
SBRE was responsible for the building from design and construction through to commissioning. The training and simulation technology was integrated by Austrian specialist skills.lab.
The combination of construction expertise, training operations and specialist technology can be transferred to other clubs and performance centres. SBRE supports interested partners from site assessment to a completed arena.
